Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Hello,
I have a brother that is currently in the Texas penal system for a felony crime. He has been in there for almost 4-5 years. I have been hearing about the the jails being so overcrowded that they are reducing the sentences of some inmates. Is this information correct? If so, how can I find out more information about this.
Thanks,
Venetta
