Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Hello
my name is christopher morrow iv posted befor a lot off attys didn't understand what my question was I was charged with a second degree felony for a familey violence charge my question is why is it a second degree felony he is not 65 no wepons were involved no one had to go to the hospital. No injurys

It is difficult to answer that question without reviewing the police report. My guess is that they are alleging serious bodily injury.
