Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
helo, i had a question, i am going to court tomorrow without a lawyer, and i got charged with pom in a drug free zone in texas and i am 17. this is my first offense ever. the amount i caried was less than a gram, it was about the size of my nail, and my friend had about 2.5 grams. they were in seperat baggies, and we were arrested. i was bounded out the next night on a $2000 bail. do you know what is going to happen to me? can someone help me im kind of curious.

It appears that you understand the value of being represented by an attorney, just can't afford one. Ask the court to appoint an attorney to represent you. You are very young, and a conviction will have life-long serious consequences.
