Class C Misdemeanor. Fine only. Max $500.
Hire attorney to get deferred adjudication. File a motion for nondisclosure after deferred is sucessfully completed.

As the previous answer suggested, this is a class C misdemeanor offense and the maximum penalty is a $500 fine, no jail time.
You should be able to get a deferred adjudication, possibly without the assistance of an attorney.
If you are able to get a deferred, you should be eligible for an expunction. This would remove it from your record. You would likely need the assistance of an attorney for this.
