Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

Hi,

I need to hire you to expunge my record and I also have a very important question:

While in the USA, I have been charged with Felony: Tax Evasion, Tampering with government records & Fraud. and they listed me with the top Texas Tax Fugitives. They issued a Nationwide warrant to arrest me, I am innocent; but I knew that they will throw the book at me, so I skipped bail & fled to another country, after arriving to somewhere in Europe, I got to know that they also issued a 99 Year Sentence on me while I was outside the USA, therefore I didn't use my return ticked to go back to the US, I just had to stay in Europe.

Question: Lets say If I travel to somewhere like Scotland, UK. Will they arrest and deport me to the USA at the UK customs when I arrive over there? I also have the UK Citizenship and the USA Passport.

Regarding: Nation-wide Warrant Issued.

Offense: Signing False Statement (F3) & Tampering with Governmental Record (F3) relating to motor vehicle tax fraud

Cause number: 2002-xxxxxx

Other Counts: Bail Jumping & Failure to Appear (F3)

Status: Indicted 5/2002; arrested and made bond 5/2002; warrant issued 8/15/2002 after he did not comply with bond and left jurisdiction.

Prosecution by: Lubbock County District Attorney's Office

Last Known Location: Lubbock, Texas.

Unless those cases were actually dismissed, they're not and never will be expungeable.
