Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I hired an attorney that does not want to represent me
This attorney will not answer my calls, I already paid him $2500.00 & he has shown up in court one time to get my case reset. I do not feel that he is going to represent me to the best of his ability and am very concerned about this matter. What can I do? My case is coming up soon and he is avoiding my calls.

Make an appointment with your attorney to go over your case. If he does not alleviate your concerns request a refund and hire another lawyer.

Based on what you have stated, you need to physically go an see your attorney. If you still are not satisfied, then you need to seek a return of your money and retain another law firm to assist you with this legal matter. If my law firm can assist you with this legal issue or any other legal matter, please contact my legal assistant Jennifer ([email protected]).
