Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
i have hired lawyer and he has not did anything and the case has not went to trial yet can i get some of my money back if he's been paid in full if i fire him. he want file any type of bond reduction or pre lease motion

Yes. Write him a letter (paper letter - not a fax or an email - LICK A STAMP), keep a copy, and tell him he's fired. Ask for a refund of the unearned portion of the fee you paid him.
