Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
was hired to do a remodeling job and the customer ccancelled at the last minute so i refunded her most of her money and she filled criminal charges felony theft and hired a hitman to hurt me while the caase is pending

Based on what you have written, did you have any agreement with this customer? You probably should consider having a local law firm assist you with protecting your rights and interests in the criminal court system. Also, how do you know about the "hitman"?
