Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I just came home from an overseas business trip. My best friend's son was supposed to be taking care of the place, but instead he trashed it and apparently used it for a drug hangout. When I came home last night and saw the mess I had a panic attack and could not think. This morning I don't seem to see anything missing, but there are crack baggies and spilled pot in my apartment. If I call the police will I get in trouble for drugs that are in my place?

No, you cannot but do you want to get involved in that? Why don't you take photos / videos of the place then call your best friend and him / her bring their son over to discuss what you have discovered.
