When someone loans another person a vehicle for a specific time period and the person fails to return the vehicle, then person should make an attempt to contact the person with the vehicle and ask them to return it. If they cannot reach the person or if the person refuses to return the vehicle, call the police. It is stolen and the police will file charges.
