Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My hotel room door was kicked in by tarrant county sheriffs, whom had a warrant for a person, but the person was not there. I was asleep, and woke up to 5 officers, 1 had a bag of meth., that was found on my floor?

The police officers had reasonable suspicion thus their actions were lawful as was the discovery of drugs. You need to hire a lawyer.
