Is it legal for a son on probation to live in the same house as his mother who just got out of prison?

Hi there,
You have probation conditions that state you cannot associate with people that have criminal a criminal history.
However there are circumstances where this condition is not enforced.
Talk to your probation officer about it.
He or She will either tell you that you cannot live there or they will try to revoke your probation.
