Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
right to go hunting
I'll keep it simple. I grew up in the country. I loved to hunt when i could. I was arrested for evading arrest/detention in flight with a vehicle. This is a 2 year state jail felony. Is there any way I will ever be able to hunt again?
