Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
my husband was arrested for dwi and he has prior convictions which he served 6 years in prison for, it has been 10 years since the last conviction is there anyway possible no matter how extreme that he could get probation?

Individuals with prior felony convictions are not eligible for probation in Texas.
