Keith Engelke Law Office of S. Keith Engelke

Normally state jail offenses are punishable by up to two years confinement in a state jail.

The existing felony may be used to enhance the range of punishment to 2 to 20 years in prison.

His likely sentence varies depending upon the circumstances, including the the county of his conviction. Of course, he could choose to try the case and win. in which case there would be no sentence.
