Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My husband just got arrested today 4/7/11 at probation for failing drug test is there anything I can do so he can get out of jail

Hire him a lawyer that is willing to write the bond.

Hire him a lawyer. If he is on deferred adjudication probation, he will entitled to a bond. If he is on straight probation, he is not entitled to a bond but the judge may set one.
Lawyers can only write bonds in some areas but not in others so the lawyer may or may not be able to post the bond. This should not be the main point in hiring a lawyer.
