Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My husband got arrested a few years ago for a misdemeanor drug charge. He got out on a PR bound but we missed his court date. He got arrested for the warrant on Friday and they did not give him a bond. Now we have a son and no child care. My husband stays at home with our son during the day while I go to work and he goes to school at night. Is there anyone I can talk to, to try to get him a quick court date or get him a bond set?
