Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My husband has been convicted for possetion of marijuana they sentenced him with 8years in tdcjail he was told he would only do 12%. Kan someone please explain thankyou

12% is someone's guess, and it is only that. He is immediately eligible for parole and when he will be paroled will depend on the underlying facts of the case as well as what he does while he is in custody.
