Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
my husband has been in county jail for 8 months now but he recently got parole but while he was in their another charge came up i was wondering wil he be moved to that county once paroled

If he was paroled, then he will be moved to the county where he has a pending charge. He should be given a bond for the new charge. It should not affect his parole because it occurred before parole and thus was not a violation of parole.
