Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My husband was indited on assualt with a deadly weapon family violence but his ex girlfriend signed a affidavit of non prosuction and he is on parole is there a chance of getting the case dismissed?

Zero. The State will not care whether she wants to prosecute or not, especially since he is on parole. They will go only on what they can prove. Hire an excellent lawyer because chances are he is on his way back to prison.
