Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
my husband is in jail because he was late to court and the doubled it but he has a paid lawyer that has yet to ask for a reduction. What can he or I do

If he was late to court, then he may not be able to get his bond reduced. It depends on the facts. Moreover, how can you know that the lawyer has not asked for a reduction? It is not a formal process.
