Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
husband in jail
My husband sexually assaulted my 12yr old daughter. He is in jail. I have vehicles in mine and his name,also a house. what should i do? I need power of attorney to sell the truck, the other 2 vehicles ae paid for, he said he would sign over the house as well. Any help or advise would be great!! Warmly,--name removed--Gonzales

Get a lawyer. He can sign off on the paperwork while in jail.
