Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
"my husband has picked up a new case "poss less than 1g ". he has waived the parole hearing and signed for 3 months county. his out date shows 10/01/2011 basically in a week but he still has a parole hold. how can this be lifted? what can i do?"

Not sure what you are saying. He picked up a new case and signed for 3 months on the new case? And he waived his parole hearing and agreed to 3 months or what? You can't do anything. If there is something wrong about what is on his record right now, he needs to write to whomever is in charge of that - be it his parole officer or whomever.
