Your husband does on get "street time" - credit for the time he was on parole and on the street. He returns to prison owing what he owed when he was released on parole.
If he got a new case and it is to run CC (concurrently), then he will get credit on both cases while in custody but he will not automatically be released on parole when he finishes his state jail time; he will have to make parole again.
