Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Hi. My husband has been sentenced to 8 years in tdc jail for possetion will he have to do all 8 years?

Not likely. He will most likely parole at some point. It is not a 3G (aggravated) offense so he does not have to serve a specific minimum.
