Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My husband got on a Texas school bus after another child slapped my daughter in the face. He was angry and obviously went over the line by entering the school bus. He is now facing criminal trespassing charges. He has a warrant out and will be doing a walk through tomorrow more then likely. We just need to know what we can do about this if anything or what punishments will happen because of this lapse of judgment. Thank you.

He needs to hire a lawyer to help him. He must have had notice that he could not come aboard first. Depends on the county but he may be able to resolve it without probation or a conviction - perhaps by taking anger management and / or a parenting class. (If there have been parents attacking kids, this will be an issue making his case more difficult.)
