Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
my husbands probation was revoked & he was sentenced to 15 months on a state felony charge (poss of controlled substance chg) out of Parker County, Texas. He heard that Texas is the only state that doesn't give early release for good behavior on state felony chgs, but that this has gone before the senate. We dont know if that's true, & if so, did it pass?

The Texas Legislature has not met yet for this term. I don't know about past terms and whether this was considered or not.
