Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
My husben is in jail becouse he was set free may27th 2016 on probation he checked in got definder card and never went back sep ,oct clossed because of flood in houston got pulled overjan.27th took him jail felony warrent charg was shop lifting 70$ but in hansed to felony because 4th time he is 58 never introuble first 50 years of life will they reinstate court date 2-27

Since he absconded probation (never showed up), it is unlikely they will reinstate him. However, they may agree to reduce the punishment to jail time as opposed to prison time.
