Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
idenity theft
I have a friend that someone used his idenity and received a felony charge in the state of Texas and the charge is still on my friends record as being their charge. What can he do to get that removed? The person is also currently serving time in State Prison for that charge.

If you friend has provided proof to the police and ADA, without success, it is time for him to hire a lawyer.
