Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
my identity is being used
My brother has been using my identity in receiving multiple traffic citations and auto accidents through which i have been contacted by the other parties insurance companies. How can I have him prosecuted?

Notify the police, and provide them with the documentation you have establishing the theft.
