Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Identity Theft
A couple or people used my Social Security Number with out my permission. They used it for Cable TV services, Phone service, and, they did not return the equipment after they moved from there residents. Can I sue them for stealing my Social Security Number, and causing me to have negative marks on my credit report.
