Identity Theft
A relative with similar name used my identification when he was arrested and now this information is showing up as part of my background.What options do I have to clear my name?

As you are well aware by now, this becomes a very complicated issue. The website of the Texas Attorney General has an online ID Theft Kit, which provides many resources to establish the theft, and thus get your record cleaned. (bottom left corner of the home page). Hopefully if you follow their steps, it will resolve your problem.
