Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Illegal Weapon, Miranda Rights, Police Report
at an apartment complex after a minor altercation with a resident the courtesy cop saw me while running down a flight of stairs with a kitchen knife and pulled a gun and detained me. He searched me and found brass knuckles. He called the real police and they arrested me without reading me my miranda rights. Now, the courtesy cop nor the police asked to search me, did not read me my miranda rights and wrote in the police report that I had a switchblade instead of the brass knuckles. What can I do with these events?
