Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
What to do if implicated in a crime due to a confession of another person but your stories do not match? The investigation is going on in Iraq I am a U.S. Soldier covered under the UCMJ. Will they be able to punish me purely off of his statement even if I continue to claim the same statement even thought they conflict. His statement that mentions me was a coereced confession to a plea bargain.

You need to talk to your lawyer. The millitary laws differ greatly from the laws applicable generally to people.
