Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

While I was Incarcerated in jail, my oldest brother filed an Eviction notice on me.I have no idea if it was a copy of the first one his Attourney sent or what.Anyhow It came while I was in jail,and he signed my name,to it and said he had all legal rights to because his name is on the deed and that he is the legal Guardian of my Mother who also shares the same address.He has changed all locks and said I have no right to be on the property or regain my Possesions. Is this true ?What can I do ? and him being my Moms legal Guardian does he have the right to keep me from ever seeing my Mom again ?

This is a complicated situation. You need to hire an attorney to help you. Here are some things the attorney will want to know.

If your brother owns the property, what is the arrangement you have with him that permits you and your mom to live there? Is there a lease or any written contract?

Did your brother notify you that he was going to change the locks?

Do you owe any money to your brother related to the property such as unpaid rent?

Was there a guardianship proceeding for your mother naming your brother as guardian?

I don't think your brother can seize your possessions if you do not owe him any money.

Your attorney will want to know more about the paper that your brother signed your name to.

If he did, the paper can't be enforced against you.

Bring copies of any related letters or contracts regarding the property
