Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Incest
I was molested by my father starting at age 5 until age 14. I am now 29 and am now strong enough to speak out. He works in a school - which gives me extra motivation. How can I report him so he has to be a registered sex offender?

You may have to see if there is a statute of repose for statutory rape.
