Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
indecency with a child
I'm from Texas and I'm accused of indecency with a child, of allegedly touching her in July of 2006, I moved out of the house May 2005, in 2004 and they did not live with me from April to November of that year.
The child's mother had told my brother-in-law that she would make my life miserable (march or april of 2005)
My attorney wants me to take a polygraph test to submit to DA.
What do I do?

Re: indecency with a child
You are facing an extremely difficult and serious charge. Please don't take advice from strangers who have no knowledge of your case. Listen to your lawyer. You are paying him for his knowledge and expertise.
