Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
If someone is is indicted for a burg. of habit. and the the victims want to drop the charges and are willing to testify on the defendants side will the DA continue to attempt to prosecute the case?

It is impossible to say whether the DA will continue with the case.
The decision is made by the DA.
The defendant should consult with a local criminal defense attorney.
