Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
need some info new to this
i have admited to stealing a few thousands of dollars and i turn myself in after christmas so i will be arrested then and go before a judge.. i have no lawyer and my record is clean nothing on it..i am just really scared as of what to do?

Bluntly, this is a bad plan. Who did you admit this to? You should not be discussing this with ANYONE, especially over the internet, except for your criminal defense lawyer. Get one immediately. Let the attorney know all of the details of the situation, so that he/she can advise you as to the best course of action, that will have the least painful consequences.
