information and help
my husband was charged with aggravated robbery from my brother .it will be his 1st major felony charge and is still in jail .his bail is set at 25,000 they want 2,500 to bond him out .is he looking at a long time in jail ??

Aggravated Robbery in Texas carries a penalty range for a first offender: for a period of not less than five years up to ninety-nine years or life; with the possibility of a fine of any amount up to $10,000.00.
