inmates released in error
if a inmate is released in error can the county or state gov. add another charge on him

It depends upon the cause of the error. More than likely he will just be picked up again on the original charge. Depending upon the circumstances, he may need to surrender through his attorney in order to keep his own damage to a minimum.
