Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I'm Innocent
I am involved in a drug case. I went over my cousins house to drink beer with him,when the police came in with a warrant. I didn't posess any drugs on me, they found everything in my cousins hands running with it, he said that he claimed everything, but I don't know. What do I need to do if he didnt claim it ? Would a signed confession from him work in court ?

Have you been charged? If so, get a lawyer today. If not, retain an attorney to inquire as to the status of any charges against you. There is too much at stake to leave this to chance.
