no, if you have a lawyer then the da can only talk to your lawyer.

Based on what you have written, it appears that you have a lawyer representing you. Therefore, the DA would be violating ethics by speaking with you without your attorney present. If you do not have a lawyer to assist you with this legal matter, then you may speak with the DA. Just be cautious with what you tell the DA because it may be later used against you.
