Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I am interested in finding out how do I obtain a 1244B form. As I am having a difficult time obtaining one on the website.

There is not such a form. 1244b refers to the Code of Criminal Procedure section which allows the State to prosecute what is otherwise a felony offense as a misdemeanor. The State simply moves to reduce the charge under 12.44(b) and it is usually written right onto the indictment or charging instrument and filed along with the plea papers.
