Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
i have an international friend who is trying to start up a local news paper, he needs me to get some Newsprint Sheets paperfrom here cause he cant get any locally, i trust him and all but someone mentioned to me that the paper can aslo be used for counterfeit, if he does use it illegally and gets caught would i get in trouble for having sent him it?

Possibly. If the authorities believe that you conspired to help him counterfeit.
