intrerlock devise
is there a way to not have a interlock devise ordered to be installed on your car?to reactivate the devise while driving is more distracting than a cell phone.

The answer to your question is generally no. Depending on your circumstances and charges, the interlock device may be required by statute. Be careful while driving.
