Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Introduction of evidence by third party in a criminal case
There is evidence concerning a criminal case in Texas, Johnson County. However the A.D.A. did not introduce the evidence at a hearing and does not appear to be interested in introducing it in the next hearing.
Is there a method available to ensure the evidence is introduced? The is a person's life on the line. The next hearing is May 11, 2009.
Thank you,
