Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas

I am involved in a law suit as a President of an HOA.

One of the former Town Officials filed a civil lawsuit against me.

She got other Officials to join in the law suit including the current Mayor.

The law suit states that I am a terrorist (I terrorize the entire Town and its staff and volunteers) and that they MAY know of my terroristic activities.

After 3 discovery requests they have never given any info/proof regarding their charge.

I have an umbrella policy so I am covered monetarily but the Attorney is only concerned with protecting the Insurance Company policy not this type of issue.

Having a federal agency get hold of a Public document (Court filings) that the mayor and several Town Officials consider me a terrorist could have me put on some type of watch list and create issues at airports etc.

Questions :

Is it a crime to call someone a terrorist and make a claim that they may have knowledge of terroristic activities ?

If yes, which Law Enforcement agency would I contact ?

There is a difference between terrorizing people and being a terrorist and that world implies. A mean bully child can terrorize a classroom full of children with intimidating behavior and because he terrorizes, then he would be a terrorist - but not in the sense of a "terrorist" as the world generally uses that term today. Without knowing exactly what is in the pleadings, it is hard to say what a federal agency might think. However, you can hire a lawyer to represent you and ask to have those pleadings struck because of the use of that verbage.
