Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
I'm currently involved in a sexual assualt case. My biggest problem is that the police dnt check the girl 's phone, or my phone, emails nothing and took a year to "find me"
That destroys almost ALL i could have for a defense. It that legal? is there any supreme court rulings on something like this?

You need to address these issues with your lawyer.
If you do not have a lawyer you need to retain a lawyer.
If you cannot afford a lawyer you need to ask for a court appointed lawyer.
