Legal Question in Criminal Law in Texas
Issuance of an arrest warrant
How do we determine if an arrest warrant was issued.
My son was on probation and fulfilled most of the requirements but not all. The probation officer is no help.

Re: Issuance of an arrest warrant
If you are wondering whether a warrant was issued on the probation case, you can check with the clerk of the court in which the probation was granted. However, they could turn around and file a motion and get a warrant right after that. The probation officer is the one who typically knows the when and where of that.
